New to raising baby pekin ducks

One of my baby pekin ducklings is just laying around not wanting to walk but he is eatting and drinking water

How old are they? They do sleep a lot when babies. I had three pekin ducklings last spring and one of them grew at such a rapid pace she started developing splay leg, it was hard for her to get up and she just laid down much more than the other ducklings. Giving liquid vitamin B complex will strengthen their legs if there is any deficiency at all.

I dont really know how old they are i got them from tractor supply. He is laying down alot and wants to be cuddled like a baby and i domt mind it at all .. Where would i find liquid vitamin B ?

TSC carries Durvet brand best stuff for weak legs and that is what happens when they are deficient in niacin. While there get a bag of dried meal worms and put the liquid BComplex over too so your duckling gets a full dose 1 ml how long have you had your Pekins?

Pekins are more prone to these issues because they are bred to be meat birds you can harvest at 8 weeks old. So they get heavy and grow really fast, sometimes too fast for their little legs to keep up with. I purchased the liquid vitamin B complex at my feed store. Tractor supply should carry it, and if they don't order it from Amazon. You can put it in their water every day and also mix it with feed or treats. The dosage is very small, but you can't overdose them.
