Hello I have 3 Marian's 2 cooper 1 lavender I also have 2 Americanas 1 buff orp I now 1 Marian is a roo . Question how long can my roo stay with the hens? Also my lavender Marian has very little feathers on her legs but the cooper have a lot . Marian's are medium birds right?

No need to remove the cockerel unless he looses the right to hang with the girls by being too aggressive with them or you.

My marans are slightly larger than the BR and leghorns.
 
I also have Marans, but mine are large. I have black copper hens and I also have a wheaten rooster and a blue copper hen. My black coppers and my wheaten have a lot of feathering on their legs, but my blue copper has none. Your lavender maran looks like a splash to me. You can keep your rooster with your hens as long as you like unless you don't want fertile eggs. If you don't want fertile eggs you should separate them as soon as he starts trying to mount them.
