new to raising chickens

I have five hens that showed up to visit . They are staying with my goats. Four are dark red and one is salt and pepper. No one knows where they came from. HELP!

Are you going to keep them? If you are just going to give them a place to stay, then you can give them some fruits or vegetables (there is a treat chart at the top of the feeding and watering your flock section) and a bowl of water. If you decide to keep them, you will need feeders, waterers, a coop and run, bedding at the very least.

If I cant find out who they belong to, yes I keep them. They roost in the goat bard. They have fresh water and bedding..
