Thank you kindly for the warm welcome yall! This morning when I went to check on my chicks they were all standing up and holding their mouths open... Does that mean something is wrong?

They were probably panting, which means they're too hot.

That my first thought so I moved the light up... I don't want to move it too far because they were still sitting directly under it so I was confused.
