So sorry for your loss but it's certainly not your fault. Chicks are outside with their mom eating bugs and grass earlier than three weeks. Sometimes there's a frail one in the batch that just isn't meant to make it. Possibly something internal was going on and just caught up with it. There's nothing you did to cause it so don't be hard on yourself.
