That looks like her navel, where the umbilical cord was attached. Put a little antibiotic ointment on it and make sure the other chicks don't peck it!

Where can I get ointment from that is okay for chicks?

Hi and from Ohio. So glad to have you aboard. Make sure you keep it covered in ointment or even what's called blukote. If the other chicks see red, they will pick at the chick constantly. Good luck.

Chick update, I checked her and she seems fine, the red lump on her tummy has healed and she seems fine so good news! Just need her to have a growth spurt now!!
