Very nice looking chick. Hold out judgement on weather it's a cockeral or not. I've got one I've been sure was a roo and found out this week it's a hen.

Looks like a little Roo to me! Usually the crest and the tail area will have some "streamer" feathers starting. The little pullets crest is more round. But usualy when the "Crowing" begins you will know. I have one that is just about 3 months old and crowing his silly lilttle self to death!!
