New to Site & Hello From the Ozark Mountains!

Good day from the Ozarks! On our farm (The Plains of Paravaci), we raise and breed heritage breeds of poultry and livestock as well as raise non-gmo, heirloom vegetables. Currently our "family" consist of Registered Red Wattle Hogs, Berkshire Hogs, Nigerian Dwarf Goats as well as various breeds/types of Poultry and currently we are getting started in Shetland Sheep ( gorgeous wool!) and Dexter Cattle ( A tri-purpose breed of cattle). We are looking to add a couple more breeds/types of poultry & livestock as we grow. Our farm is located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Missouri and is based upon 60 acres. Lets say it keeps us busy and there is never a dull moment around the farm ~L~ We look forward to being a part of this forum/site, and getting to know other breeders, as well of enthusiast of heritage breed poultry.

Thank you! Currently we are adding to our poultry stock, but at the moment raise Light Brahma's, Cinnamon Queens and a few White Rock Chickens. We are planning on adding some midget white turkeys, royal palm turkeys as well as a couple breeds of geese and ducks. The duck family is very small at the moment, just a pair of "pet" white Pekings ~L~
