What is the best way to sell birds here? Can we buy or sell other farm animals?

This being a worldwide site, you are far better off advertising on your local Craigslist and joining and advertising on local or regional FB Poultry Groups.

The best way to sell birds would be posting them on Craigslist or a local Facebook poultry page. You can also try BYC's Buy - Sell - Trade or your State Thread, but those aren't very traffic areas of the site.
