Hello everyone I am new to the site. I currently have one hen. She was given to my daughter about 3 years ago by a photo studio after easter pictures. We moved from NC to NJ in July and because my daughter is so attached and the chicken"easter" refused to be rehomed -(took her to farm and she was scared of other chickens and would not stop jumping into my daughters arms) she moved with us. I am looking to purchase a few more hens so we can get more than one egg a day. Hoping to get some input on how to introduce new chicks.
Idk what kind of chicken "Easter" is: she is brown in color and her eggs are blue/green color

We're glad to have you. It sounds like "Easter" is an Easter Egger from your description.
