(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to owning chickens, I was gifted 4 chickens back in September 2021.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I currently have 4 chickens, 3 hens and I'm assuming 1 rooster.. he was a surprise!
(3) What breeds do you have?
Rhode island red, southern rambler, and I think 2 cross breeds.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Their personalities are great.. and the level of trust you build with them is pretty cool!
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I garden in the spring and fall and raise 2 pretty cool kids.
I also have 2 goslings that are on their way to become big birds!
