I just wanted to introduce myself, I recieved 4 sex link hens for Christmas. A gift from my mother-in-law who kept hearing me talk about getting some chicks in the spring just couldn't wait for me to have layers. They are a joy and are laying good. Still planning to get a few more in the spring after my larger coop is complete. I have raised chickens in the past but it's been about 18 years. I had forgotten how enjoyable they are. I am looking forward to learning and sharing with others here on the BYC.
