New to the chicken world and hatching my own silkies

Hi ya'll, my name is kirsten and i am new chicken mama that started to hatch my own silkies. I have refered to this forum many times and all hours so far with my first chicks being hatched (i was lucky to get 3) and now on my second round (unfortunately only got 4 out of 12 this time) of which 6 weren't fertile and one stopped hatching and one never hatched 😢. I have gotten 4 beautiful cuties though so i am still blessed and now have 7 Silkies!!!! Yaaaay. So i have already refered to the forum for questions because i have one baby 3 days old and i checked his vent when i got home and was caked with poo. I cleaned and then realized i think my little guy has a small prolapse and i am super scared now. So hoping i can find help through this forum and stay educated.
 
Is this just irratation? Its hard to see and hold chick taking a pic

I posted a pic for u. The little guy did poop massive after i cleaned him and it doesnt look like its out as bad. Should i jut see how he does tonight and recheck in the morning?
