New to the chicken world & I have a question

We are new to chickens. We have 14 pullets & 2 roosters around 16 wks old. They have a good size coop (14 x 10) & an attached enclosed pen around 14 x 18. I have been noticing a lot of their small feathers everywhere. They all seem happy & healthy, Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Unless they are picking at each other, I would attribute the small feather loss to their adult feathers coming in. They do lose their fuzziness and they grow so fast.
