New to the chicken world

Hello my husband and I are new to the world of raising chickens. We are building a chicken tractor and want to have about 4 or 5 hens. We live in TN so I am needing to know what are some of the best breads for egg production for my area. I know some are better suited for cooler weather and it can get pretty warm here in TN.
