New to the community and to raising chickens

A family of 6 wanting to learn the ins and outs of raising our own chickens to start, with other fowl species to be added to our flock later. We are beginning our honestead and feel chickens are a good start for us. We hope to learn a lot from the community and inspire others with our journey.
