Good Morning All! Name is Obi (Ah-Bee) and I just had my first hatch-out.
I am in Manchester, Pa, US. I have an assortment of 20 in my incubator with 5 free so far. I know one is a celadon since it came out of a blue egg, but the rest are all “blonde” so far lol
I am planning one more hatch before I settle in and let my quails do their thing. I am “rooming” them on 2 large shelving units I picked up that have cubbies 4’ wide and 3’ deep and tall. I’m planning to home no more than 5 per cubby. And daily I plan to handle them and give them time in the outdoor run. I’m not breeding for color or “new stock”, just eggs.
