New to the forum and glad!

I am the proud chicken mother of 14 baby Dorkings. They arrived in the mail on Thursday, and already the forum has been very helpful. I live in Indiana with my farmer husband, two Schnauzers, an adopted mama cat with four babies, and I teach English at the local high school because teenagers and English rock!

The shop class at my shcool built me a lovely chicken house, but my babies are living on my inside air-conditioned porch until the weather breaks.

You are so lucky to have the shop class build a coop! A great project for them, and no labor for you!
Teachers ROCK!! I heard somewhere that they are actually considering dropping English from the curriculum. How retarded is that??
It shuldn't b xceptible! There loosing there minds!
I'm a stuffed duck, and I speak better English than some of the teenagers!
