Hey y'all,
New to the forum, 3 months into raising coturnix quail. I live where in town not supposed to have poultry here but doing it in the garage. Here is a pic of my cage set up so far.

I have 76 eggs in the incubater that will start hatching on Friday

that looks like a great setup! Are you already incubating your own eggs or are they ordered eggs?

Is it 4 cages on each level ?

Yes already on the second batch of eggs. My original 12 hens were laying already when I got them. And yes this setup has dividers for the bottom pens that are removable. An the upper ones are separate.

What an efficient design I love how it has wheels so the quail can be outside! What are you using for substrate?

The bottom pens have hardie siding on the bottom with wood shavings on it. The upper pens have 1/2" hardware screen. I have removable dropping trays under that to catch everything. They slide out the back.
