They've got fowl pox. There isn't much you can do about it other than support them nutritionally. I would give them some poultry multi-vitamins/minerals in their food or water daily for 5 days. You can put a tiny dab of iodine on larger lesions to help dry them up. As long as it doesn't become the wet form and get in their throats, they should heal on their own and come out unscathed.
