Hello! Heres my new member intro:
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
yes. brand new this year
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
14
(3) What breeds do you have?
buff orpingtons and black australorps
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They're such fun animals
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I really don't have any. i work a lot so having them when i get home is kind of therapeutic in a way
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Married, 2 kids, the kids are absolutely over the moon for the chickens. We have an australian shepherd that loves them as well!
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Just found out about BYC and joined immediately!
