Hello everyone! We live on a little farm in a small valley of the foothills in Arkansas. We have had poultry of one kind or another for many years. Right now we are raising Yokahama Chickens and Royal Palm Turkeys. We also have been raising several different kinds of pheasants over the past couple years. Right now we have Silvers, Alaskan Snow pheasants and a few crossed white pheasants. So what do we have for fun? MORE BIRDS!!!! We have several Slate Turkeys, and a few of our favorite kinds of chickens, including Bantams. This is no big time operation, we have about 70 birds...and we love every one of them!
We are kind of a private animal shelter...we have adopted many dogs, ponies, a cow, and even two emus! Right now we have seven dogs, and three miniature horses. We just can't say no to critters!
I guess we don't need to tell you what our hobbies are, you can tell! What a wonderful life we have on our little farm with all our lovely animals.

from our small full time farm in Georgia where we raise and sell chickens, guineas, ducks, geese and turkeys, bunnies/rabbits, milk goats, and also raise pigs and beef and fresh chemical free vegetables and cooking herbs.... We love our work...We say it's the most fun we ever had for the least amount of pay!

Sounds like your farm is lovely...Do post pics

Have a blessed and happy time here on BYC...It's full of info and kind and friendly folks! And please let me know if we can ever help you navigate or in any other way!
