New to the game here! Need a little support and advice

Hey! I live in NC and we just got our week old chicks about 2 weeks ago. We are learning as we go, but I feel I'm doing well so far.

I am home 24/7 and we are hoping to have a small hobby farm and feed our animals with non GMO products.

We want things to be as natural as possible.
