[/IMG] here is a couple pictures of the shed you can tell I have some work. It is 12 by 16 and I was thinking of attaching a 12 by 24 foot run for them. My husband said I should start with 12 hens and a rooster
 
Looks like it is in pretty good shape, still nice and dry. Have you decided if the whole thing is going to be for the chickens and how much you are going to section off for feed storage etc? With the usual recommendation of at least 4 sq/f inside and 10 outside per chicken, you should have plenty of room for a dozen, even in the winter.
