If you hear peeps, then they have internally pipped. It can take 24 hours from internal pip to external pip, so just keep waiting. Not time for assisting yet.

I waited to late to step in it had started to external pip on the bottom where I could not see and it didn't make it all the way....what do you think I should do with the rest I'm still seeing no movement or signs of internal pip on the others

That can happen with wrong end pippers. They drown from the liquid in the egg
