Welcome to backyard Chickens!

If you do not see pips in the eggs still in the incubator, take out the hatched chicks. Take a moment to candle the un hatched eggs. I would give them another day or so to see if there are any late hatching chicks.

Remember to open each egg to see why they did not hatch. This will help with the next hatch

Will handling the unhatched eggs at this point hurt them?? I don't want to take the chance of messing them up if they still are ok

It will not hurt them if they have not pipped. If it has been 24 hours since the first one hatched, they are likely to be dead in the shell anyway.

K I'll check them...also one of the little ones is still attached to its shell by a dried up string what should I do with that when I put it in the brooder...it hatched almost 24 hours ago and doing great other than string

if the string is dried, cut it about half an inch from the belly. Watch to see if it bleeds or leaks. If so, tie it off with some dental floss.
Do not pull on the string because you can pull out the innards.
 
Update!
I decided to wait and candle my remaining 10 eggs on day 23 because the eggs came from a couple different days of laying so I'm hoping they are just hatching later!!:fl....I removed the first 4 and I cut the string with no blood or problem and they are happy to be in there new home:love
