Do you have an idea of which breed of chickens you want ?

We have no idea yet but will start slowly with just 2 or 3 that will be eg layers. Do you have a suggestion of which breeds are better for that?

Road Island Reds and Barred Rocks lay an egg every day, but only for two years. Heritage Breeds lay longer, but don't normally lay every day, this is what we have ( Barred Holland's ). I'm sure someone will come along with more suggestions to help you decide.
