Hello, I live in eastern north carolina. I have a few chickens running around the yard. My main reasons for having them is because I love to hear roosters crow, how pretty they are, and love to watch them play. I also enjoy hatching my own eggs.

I am. I don't have any neighbors close by but the I can hear their roos as well. Makes it even better because I think they try to out crow one another.
