Did you get the tiny fish in a store or are they trap caught pond minnows?

My wife called hers Pinkie , and it's not because I like Pink ! 😅It was because when she got her she had a pink mark painted on her spines .
 
@ShiviBear No, I bought them at PetSmart...they’re like $0.19 a piece. I’ve got 12 hens, so the first time I bought 24 feeder fish, but that experience only lasted a couple minutes, and some girls didn’t get any fish. So...this time I bought 50. They all got a chance to catch & eat the fish this time. Of course they all got well hydrated while working to catch their snacks, haha! If I had a way to catch my own minnows, I definitely would. I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that those little comet goldfish have pretty much zero nutritional value...and catching my own would be cheaper too!
