Hello my name is Alex, I am new to raising chickens. Currently I have no knowledge, but I want to learn. I have tons of questions and at the moment I am at the information stage. Anyone able to help would be wonderful. I am interesting in raising about 3 to 4 chicken in my backyard (18x40ft), advice welcome.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Yes I am new.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 0 unless you count children.
(3) What breeds do you have? None.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? New to it, so I am not sure yet.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Building things like models. Doing construction around the house, ect. Sports and going out on adventures with the kids.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 2 children. Wife and i just moved into our new house. No other pets as of yet. I work in warranty and parts.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? A friend told me.
