No, it's not that, though green legs are common among Easter Eggers. EEs are not a true breed. They can have any color leg, any color plumage and lay any color egg, including brown, being of mixed genetic soup. It's just that this color pattern plus the green legs and the pea comb and small wattles all add up to Easter Egger.

I have EEs with slate legs, white legs and yellow legs. I even have made my own EEs by crossing BR or Delaware roosters over true Ameraucana or EE hens.

I also lean towards hen. She really is very pretty and has such a cute girly name too....
