Good morning, and welcome to BYC. Sometimes crooked toes worsen as a bird ages, but generally they do not cause great problems.

How bad are they? He should be ok though there's not much we could do if he wasn't.

The two middle toes are sideways. He doesn’t act like it bothers him other than it being awkward at times. When I got him his two middle toes where like that but he was so small it was hard to tell they were broken until he got larger.

most chickens' toes are sideways, but it doesn't mean they're broken. even if they are, he'll be fine. :]
