Hey My name is Will and I raise Guineas. I have the pied and whites. Does anyone know exactly how long it takes the chick to get out of the egg when it starts hatching?

There isn't an exact time for hatching from start to finish. It depends on the circumstances - for instance a Big chick in a small egg, etc. It is exhausting for babies to pip, zip and then try to lift the top off the shell. Some need a lot of rest periods others may not.
