Best of luck! Chickens are a learning process. Provide them with water of some form and see how it works out. I would suggest a bowl that is raised off the ground so they don't try and rest on its edge. That'll probably hold you over until the waterer arrives.

I'm getting reds.... they are my aunts she is downsizing..... she has raised them from chicks they seem very friendly.
