Hello, I am new to raising chickens. My 5 babies are ready to hit the great outdoors. Getting ready to build a coop this weekend. Does anyone have suggestions of thing I might have forgot about? Also are the PVC feeders and drinkers the best way to go?

It's probably safe to say that we all have our preferences when it comes to feeders / drinkers. No harm in trying your idea and seeing how it works.

Rome wasn't built over night. Concentrate on the security of the house first. Use simple feeders and waters until the house is complete. Then tweak the bells and whistles.
