@EMay78 , sorry to hear your duck is feeling poorly.
There are several conditions ( exp, nutritional deficits, bacterial infections, injury, egg binding) that can cause lameness so it is hard to say with certainty what might be her problem.
A veterinarian would likely be able to make a quicker, more accurate diagnosis than what we could do over the internet.
If you can't see the vet soon, consider posting on the duck forums, and provide some more detailed information about the duck, as well as any physical findings.
