Have black australorps 11ea and 2 americana's don't know how to tell the difference between hen and roaster, can anyone help!!!!

it will take time its to hard to tell at that age just let they grow and enjoy them .. usually the roos will start to develop combs faster and bigger than the pullets sometimes its just a waiting game ...

You say your chickens are about 4 weeks old? Kinda hard to judge their sex right now You should start noticing their combs changing. The roosters will grow larger combs and wattles( thoseflaps below their cheeks & beaks) And those should turn red from the yello on the roosters faster than the pullets(hens)

I noticed my pullets had reddish combs just as they were matured & ready to lay eggs.~ 5-6 months.

Aww, they're cute! I'm pretty sure your Easter Eggers (Americanas) are pullets because of their color. That brown pattern is very common in EE hens. On the Aussies, it's still too early to tell.
