new to turkeys, help wanted

Oh! Regarding taste! My personal opinion is that white birds are tasetless! That applies to ducks, chickens and turkeys. I have, however, never had the white midget mentioned here!

What was the scoop on the taste test? Can you find it? I would like to know the age of the turkeys tasted. Seem most people to not raise them long enough to get the best flavor.
