New Way to watch an Embryo Grow Try#5(Update Didnt Make It ) Eggtopsy

Day 2-

Cranial flexure and torsion evident; heartbeat moves blood (16 to 17 somites).

Thyroid begins.

Anterior pituitary and pineal glands begin to develop.

Embryo turns on left side; allantois (embryonic membrane that fuses with chorion) begins. Functions of chorioallantois are: a) respiration; b) albumen absorption; c) absorption of calcium from shell; d) storage of kidney excretions.

Nasal pits, pharynx, lungs, anterior limb buds begin.

wow awesome, i look forward to seeing full development, do you think it would be possible to put the eggs contents onto a large piece of the membrane and tie it off making it like a balloon. this would allow turning, better gas exchange, and more visibility. as long as you have ample pressure inside it should keep it from flattening out. best of luck

pa huh, how close to jersey? i might be willing to meet somewhere and donate some fertile duck eggs.

I would but I tried to move it last time and the yoke broke so im not taking any changes, Im not even touching the bowl.

Well it looks like the one stopped growing I dont see a heart beat and it should be dark red with blood vessels but I only see white

and the one in the bag started to rot and the other one in the bag stopped growing around day1. The only one left is the full egg in the bag and its looking good.

Day 3

with the one in the bag outside the shell you should try one inflated with more pressure if thats possible. you could be breaking veins when its turned over the folds.
