New Week old chick sounding rattally when peeping- HELP

Just bought 7 Ayam cemani chicks, 1-2 weeks old, I brought them home on Friday night, they had a looong drive ( in a box with dusty pine shavings) so I put them in the clean brooder with fresh water and food, one little chick got pine shavings in its eye, I pulled back the lid and got most if not all out, it's eye is still watery. But this morning I noticed one of the chicks sounds a bit raspy when it really gets peeping, no other symptoms, good poop, eating and drinking, running around the brooder with the rest of them. I've got vetrx, probiotics, electrolytes, ASV, what can I use to help this chicky out? Please I need help on this!

Hopefully, it is just from the dust of the pine shavings causing the raspiness and eye irritation, and not an infection. You can flush the eye with saline, and just observe for any further symptoms. Respiratory diseases are common when getting chicks from someone else. MG, infectious bronchitis, and coryza are ones to look for. MG can transfer through a hatching egg. Thank you, I applied vetrx to the nostrils this morning and I checked on it tonight, it's sounding normal now, and I've been cleaning the eye with a poultry eye solution.
