He looks like he has a single comb, and some feathers on his feet? Maybe a cochin mix? Where did you get him? Do you know anything about him?

I'm not sure of the breed but I can tell you that he is a rooster.

I'm not sure on the breed yet. He'll need to have more feathers before we can tell accurately. For sure, though, he's a cockerel. No pullet would have that much red comb at this age.
