These 19 baby chicks hatched between 12.31.10 and 01.01.11. I am keeping a few of them but the others are for sale, 2$ each or best offer. They are not sexed (meaning I have no idea if it's a boy or a girl). Hatching early in the year means that the girls should start to lay late spring to early summer.
A condition of the sale is that you must demonstrate knowledge on how to care for baby chicks although experience is not necessary.
Now... the following is available, all large fowl unless noted otherwise:
Purebred Blue Laced Red Wyandottes (will lay brown eggs)
Naked Necks with bow ties (will lay brown eggs)
Naked Neck and regularly feathered Easter Eggers (which should lay an olive green egg or a brown egg)
A regularly feathered yellow chick that I don't know who her mother is (will lay brown eggs)
And 2 half bantams (mom was tiny bantam, dad was large fowl) with feathered shanks (1 Naked Neck, 1 fully feathered) should lay cream or tan eggs.
All of these chicks come from my own stock, except the BLRWs which came from a breeder in Georgia.
All of the pictures below are actual chicks from this hatch.
Pick up only.
