New Year's Resolutions

Do you do them?

Sometimes I will have friends and family write them down on two sheets of paper... they keep one, I get the other. About Christmas I send them their resolutions from the year before with a card.

I think it's like goal setting, unless it's written down and put in a place where you can regularly see it, it's just a wish.

Who has resolutions/goals for 2009? Are they specific?

Me... I'm going to get my flock back to about 20 birds.... and yet wish for a bigger coop.

....... oh, and I'm hoping to take off twice as much weight in '09 as I did last year.

I would also like to:-

Become more self sufficient in growing more of my own food

Become Healthier AND beat glaucoma

Launch my own business and make it work

Take in more rescued battery hens

Ive already got a start on mine. I quit smoking in September and Ive lost just over 30 pounds. So mine is to stay smoke free, loose a little more weight. exercise more, and just get healthier overall.
