Hi, I just joined BYC to get expert advice from the seasoned chook owners and see what othe chicken families are up to.
We live in Christchurch, New Zealand with our small flock of 4 mixed breed chickens. Two of our ladies are past their laying years so they have moved to pet status while we try to grow our flock and get more eggs coming in the door. One of the pet chickens is currently sitting on a clutch of eggs, so that is a fraught New experience.
I am grateful for the experienced folks who volunteer their time to answer questions!
