Your humidity is fair right now, could be higher. BUT .... Dont open the lid now, just leave it be. I think it should be ok.

We had just opened lid to fill water reservoirs. Mom had to re set egg that was pipped as it fell over. She discovered the pipping at that time

Put a little water on it to be sure it didn't dry out and carefully did so as to not drown chick.

Try not to open the lid anymore and if you have to, use a spray bottle and soak every thing in the incubator.

Oh and make sure your vents are wide open. Chicks need all the oxygen they can get for hatching!
