what to do when new girls are laying eggs on the ground and not in the provided nest box?

Here is my nice walk in coop. The first egg was on the ground out side yesterday. The one this morning was inside the coop on the ground.
I will go get some today. I put a golf ball in the nest box, but I will try getting a couple that look real.New layers will sometimes just drop and egg no matter where they happen to be at the time. Usually they figure it out and start laying in the nest box after a few days. Placing fake eggs in the nest boxes will help as well because they will see the boxes as a safe place to leave their eggs when they see an undisturbed egg there.
