Hello from Las Vegas,NV. New owner of 4 Chicks With very little knowledge as to when they can go out in the heat.

Howdy, and welcome to BYC!
I lived in Vegas a few years back - at least it's a dry heat HAHA.

Chicken tips for hot weather:
Make sure they have access to shade all day.
When it's over 95 degrees - you can set up a mister.
You can put frozen water bottles inside the coop; The chicks will huddle around them to stay cool.

Chickens don't sweat, so when they get really hot, they will pant and hold their wings away from their bodies.
