(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I started a couple springs sgo but still feel pretty new with a lot of questions.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 11. Oops.
(3) What breeds do you have?
i have a plethera. I have a couple Lavendar Orpingtons, olive egger, black muran, RIR, and most recently got 6 wyandoytte chicks.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I love knowing our eggs come from happy, healthy birds with room to wonder. My kids learn loads from this including responsibility.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening, hiking, cooking and spending time with my lids.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have a weimaraner named Yeti and a cat my daughter calls Baby Lola. I gave two beautiful kids and am 35 weeks along with our 3rd ( so don't be surprised when you see my posts and comments at the wee hours haha). Currently just a homemaker.
