newbe in need of help

HI ALL, i am a new to this forum and in need of some help. my problem is that i have 22 chickens that are not laying. most of my chickens are about 12 to 18 months old , and not a egg for 8 weeks!! we where getting about a doz a day then over a span of a month they just started to dwindle to the point where i getting nothing. i have changed nothing that i can thing of that would make them stop laying. i hope some one out there could ofer me some pointers

Are they molting? They usually stop laying while they molt.

Are you in the Southern Hemisphere? If you are and it is Winter, you need to add supplemental light.
If not, are you feeding a good balanced laying ration. Quite often, young pullets and hens will continue to lay even if they are not getting good nutrition but as they age the lack of proper nutrients leads to lower and lower procuction.

you could have an egg eating varmint. i had a snake getting mine
