At what age can I look for egg laying to start? What is this singing I have seen in other posts? How long will I be able to leave my[IMG] two rosters together safely?

You can expect them to lay at the earliest- 16 weeks. Most chickens lay around 20 weeks old. I think what your referring to is the egg song. Chickens sing a song that goes like this " buck buck buck BUGAWK" they do this after or before they lay an egg.
